Wild Wood Creations

This is what Larry's new hobby is...or business I should say. Our neighbor Kurt and Larry have started up a business of hand carved mantels. Kurt makes the mantels and the design and then Larry does the hand carving of the design. They have turned out beautiful and they have all ready sold 2.

What's worse?

What's worse...waiting up for teenagers to come home or waiting for a crying puppy to go to sleep for the night?

Christmas Puzzles and Puppies...

Ok so every Christmas growing up my dad would get a puzzle and we would spend all day putting it together. Well for the past few years I have gotten a puzzle for old times sake. This year we have been working really hard on one when Larry looked and saw the puppy chewing on a piece of the puzzle. It had fallen without us seeing. So...we will have ONE missing piece of our puzzle for sure this year...but after looking at her sweet face who could get mad.

Wishes do come true...

Jordan's wish from Santa finally came true after 12 years. Every year for Christmas since he was about 6, he has asked Santa for a dog. Well...he must have been extra good this year because Christmas morning under the tree was a brand new puppy. This is Coco(or Cocoa-not sure how we will spell it yet), our new mini australian shephard. She is 9 weeks old and the hit of our Christmas.

Testing...Testing...123

Ok, so I was at a family Christmas party last night and my sweet nieces (yes...Carrie and Cali) told me I need to start blogging. I told them I didn't have a clue how to even begin. Well...I am always up to a challenge and so here we go trying to attempt this blogging world. This is a test to even see if it works...in a way I hope it doesn't cause then it is one more thing I will get addicted to. I don't claim to be and English major either...so, if words are spelled wrong or it sounds funny just remember who you are working with. OK...testing, testing, let's see if this works.
